Prepare yourself for "Le 61 Wurx"! Till von Sein returns with a 5 track EP that is set to become a mainstay in everyone's collection. This is a full on TVS - House/R&B blast! We know you got SUOL!
Whilst "Hammock Jam" certainly lives up to its name and we all know how easy it is to chill to Till's tunes in the sunshine, this lead cut is is also one for the dance floor. A typical von Sein groove and a wonderful rhodes break make this a late summer gem. "D.Welle" is a playful number with its arpeggiators and pads that take you on a trip, where time is insignificant... so take a moment and let yourself go.
Opening the flip we have a track that has already been on-repeat in the hazy afternoons at the Suol HQ. "Get Over Yourself" feat. Meggy shows off Tills R&B influences and his love for the slow jams. Incredible vocals by 'One-Take' Meggy and the smooth playback ushers us back to the late 90's at the LBC.
Another R&B wonder on B2 is "Heart Of Stone" feat. Wenawedwa from Johannesburg. We rarely hear Till step so deeply into rhythm & blues territory and yet listening here, its as though he's a veteran of the sound. Finally Till takes the low road with "Corniche". A deep groover to soundtrack those mellow moments in life. Smooth percussion and a wealth of beautiful weirdness.
