Ibiza Global Festival 2025 Draws Almost 20,000 Electronic Music Lovers To The Beach

After two days of big beats, powerful performances and thousands of revellers in attendance, the Ibiza Global Festival 2025 has once again proven why it’s one of the most exciting electronic music gatherings in the Mediterranean. 

With full support from the Ayuntamiento de Sant Antoni de Portmany, the fourth consecutive edition of the free, annual open-air event welcomed over 19,000 attendees across two unforgettable days of sun, sound, and celebration.

Held on the world-famous sunset coast of Ibiza, Day 1 brought together a vibrant crowd of 7,000 festivalgoers to the sandy dancefloor on San Antonio’s S’Arenal beach, with non-stop electronic music from 17:00 until 02:00 CET. By Day 2, the energy soared as 12,000 people filled the festival site, dancing under the Balearic skies to the sounds of world-class DJs.

The electrifying music was amplified by a powerful Funktion-One sound system capable of 280,000 watts, with the DJ booth equipped to deliver 5,000 watts on its own. Mind-blowing visuals on the giant LED-screen display behind the booth, as well as mesmerising performances from dancers in eye-catching costumes brought by Performance By Gorgeous further enhanced the experience.

In order to minimise the impact of the event on the festival site, several eco-conscious measures were implemented by organisers. 

They included an ongoing collaboration with Soul Water, known for their #eternallyrecyclable pink and green aluminium cans, and reusable cups supported by Pegasus Distillerie.

As every year, S'Arenal Beach was ensured to be cleaned following the event - with no trace left.

Line-Up Day 1 -  Friday, July 4th

● Electronic music prodigy VAROC returned to the Ibiza Global Festival to  open Day 1 with his signature fresh tech house and techno sound.

● IGOR MARIJUAN, one of the island’s most respected selectors, delivered a perfectly curated mix of cerebral and uplifting house music.

● PAOLA PERONI brought high-octane energy with a house set that thundered across the beach.

● CALUSSA b2b MALONE took the stage for a powerful back-to-back set with a lot of spice, fusing Latin rhythms with cutting-edge afro and tech house.

● ALEX KENNON delivered a slick, groove-laden performance with his signature flair.

● VIVIANA CASANOVA closed the night with a dynamic blend of tech-house, ferocious beats and driving rhythms, leaving the dancefloor wanting more.

Line-Up Day 2 – Saturday, July 5th

● 2 VILAS kicked off the second day with an underground set rich in deep and minimal house textures.

● Ibiza Global Radio resident WOLO followed with a melodic, progressive session that fused global influences built beautifully to elevate the afternoon energy.

● JOSEFIN ROSEN took the crowd on a journey with her refined, emotive selections and hypnotic transitions.

● PHANTE dialled up the energy with his unique blend of melodic techno and cinematic soundscapes.

● DANNY WADE, an Ibiza favourite, brought an infectious main-stage presence with high-energy grooves and crowd-pleasing house anthems.

● Young talent DARIO DI BONA returned to Ibiza Global Festival for another year as he delighted the crowd with driving rhythms and vocal-laden anthems.

● MORTEN, the Danish hitmaker and global star, lit up the festival with his euphoric sound - an explosive and uplifting moment.

● STEVE ANGELLO, legendary member of Swedish House Mafia, closed the festival with a stunning headline performance that brought the weekend to a massive crescendo.

In total, revellers enjoyed almost 18 hours of electronic music during the two-day festival - all admission-free!

After two days of partying on the beach, the Ibiza Global Festival came to a close with a special ‘hangover’ sunset event at Space Eat & Dance on San Antonio’s famous sunset strip, hosted in collaboration with Grana Padano, one of the event’s premier sponsors. 

Soundtracked by festival artist Paola Peroni, the electronic music marathon finished with relaxed but emotive beats just steps away from the Balearic Sea, refreshing drinks and delicious nuggets of golden Grana Padano cheese handed out to guests.
